城市边缘型乡镇国土空间规划编制探索——以福建省莆田市华亭镇为例

A Study on the Compilation of Territorial Space Planning of Townships on Urban Fringe,Huating Town,Putian City,Fujian Province

城市边缘型乡镇不断受到中心城市的辐射冲击,其产业发展、空间形态、设施建设与一般乡镇区别明显,因此其国土空间规划编制具有一定的特殊性。通过分析城市边缘型乡镇的特征,探究该类乡镇在国土空间规划上的编制重点,并以福建省莆田市华亭镇为实例展开研究,以期满足城市边缘型乡镇高质量发展的新诉求和高品质生活的新需求,为同类型乡镇国土空间规划编制提供思路。

Under the impact of central cities,townships on urban fringe are distinctive in industry,space,and infrastructure,which causes certain particularity in their territorial space planning.With an analysis of the characters of townships on urban fringe,the compilation key points of their territorial space planning are studied with Huating town of Putian city,Fujian province as an example,so as to meet the high quality development and life needs of townships on urban fringe.It provides a reference for territorial space planning compilation of townships of the same kind.
