基于“专-创-思”融合理念的食品化学课程改革实践

摘要 食品化学是培养食品科学与工程类本科生的一门专业核心课程,蕴含着丰富的创新创业以及思政元素,在推进高等院校立德树人工作方面具有独特的优势。目前食品化学课程在专业教育、创新创业教育与思政教育融合方面存在理论与实际脱节、实践环节薄弱、考核机制不合理等问题。以食品化学课程为切入点,对教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、考核机制等方面进行改革实践,探索基于“专-创-思”融合理念的食品化学课程建设思路,旨在为建立高质量人才培养模式提供借鉴和参考。 Food chemistry is a professional core course for the undergraduate students majoring in food science and engineering,containing abundant innovation,entrepreneurship,ideological and political elements.This course had unique advantages in promoting the morality education in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the integration of professional education,innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education including disconnection between theory and practice,lack of practice and irrational evaluation system.Taking food chemistry course as the entry point,the teaching goals,contents and model,and evaluation system and other aspects of food chemistry were reformed,and the construction ideas of food chemistry course based on the integrated ideas of professional education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and ideological and political education were explored,so as to provide references for the establishment of high-quality talent cultivation model.
