摘要
为了研究新型高水固结灌浆材料在地质灾害防治中的应用,对各类基料的来源以及性能进行综合性的分析,同时考虑灌浆法在地质灾害防治中不易控制、难凝结的缺点,在高水固结灌浆材料的生产中选择无机胶凝材料作为基料,然后将其应用在某个勘探工程钻孔堵漏中。从实际的使用效果中发现,在固结灌浆堵漏试验中以外加剂来改进浆液的凝固特性能够显著改善浆体在高海拔的低温状态下凝结耗费时间长的问题,从而可以达到更好的固结灌浆堵漏效果。
In order to study the application of new high-water consolidation grouting materials in geological hazard prevention and control,the sources and properties of various base materials were comprehensively analyzed,at the same time,it is considered that grouting method is not easy to control and the material is hard to consolidate.So,in the production of high-water consolidation grouting materials,inorganic cementitious materials were used as the base material,and then applied in downhole plugging in an exploration project.It is found from the application that improving the consolidation performance of the grout by using admixtures can significantly solve the problem that the grout takes a long time to consolidate at high altitude and low temperature,so as to achieve a better sealing effect.
