职业教育数字化转型的理论、价值、困境与对策 被引量:3

摘要 数字化转型是职业院校高质量发展的必然要求,是职业教师适应时代发展趋势的必然选择,也是培养数字化能工巧匠的必经之路。通过梳理职业教育数字化转型的理论基础,发现当前职业教育存在教育数字化管理机制不健全,信息技术与教育教学融合不紧密,产教融合深度不够,师生数字素养不足等堵点问题。为此,建议建立科学有效管理机制,深度融合信息技术与教育教学,打造产教联合体,提升师生数字素养和技能,从而高质量推进职业院校数字化转型,培养高水平的数字化人才。 Digital transformation is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of vocational colleges and schools,a necessary path to cultivate digital skilled workers,and an inevitable choice for professional educators to adapt to the trend of the times.Through analyzing the theoretical basis of digital transformation in vocational education,it is found that there are still obstacles such as imperfect educational digital management mechanisms,weak integration of information technology and education,insufficient depth of industry-education integration,and inadequate digital literacy and skills of teachers and students.Therefore,it is suggested to establish a scientific and effective management mechanism,deeply integrate information technology and education,create a union of industry and education,enhance digital literacy and skills of teachers and students,and promote the digital transformation of vocational colleges and schools with high quality in order to cultivate high-level digital talents.
