基于田园综合体的养教结合社会学习点案例研究

A Case Study on the Social Learning Center of Integrating Elderly Care and Education Based on the Rural Complex

上海市松江区叶榭镇幸福老人村坚持新发展理念,通过党建引领,依托政府、企事业单位、公益组织等多种主体,在探索农村养老模式中走出了一条不同凡响的公益创新路。它既有社会养老机构养教结合学习点的特征,又有面向不同人群的社会学习点的特质,兼具村居示范学习点的特色,正在从居于一隅的老年教育向受众面广的社区大教育范畴演进。项目组以其为研究对象,开展了基于田园综合体的养教结合社会学习点案例研究。

Based on the new development concept,the Xingfu Elderly Village in Yexie Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai,has explored a unique path of public welfare innovation in the exploration of rural elderly care models through leadership by Party building,relying on various subjects such as government,enterprises,institutions,and public welfare organizations.It has both the characteristics of social elderly care institutions'learning centers combined with education and the characteristics of social learning centers for different groups.It also has the characteristics of village demonstration learning centers,and is evolving from a single-sided elderly education to a community-wide education for all kinds of people.The project team took it as the research object and conducted a case study on the combination of farming and education in the learning spots for the elderly based on the rural complex.
