“三教”协同背景下成人教育的整合式发展——基于北京市发展现状的分析 被引量:1

On the Integrated Development Model of Adult Education in the Context of the Collaborative Innovation of the Three Types of Education:Illustrated by the Status Quo in Beijing

摘要 成人教育的历史使命随着时代变迁而变化,在新时代教育强国建设的进程中,成人教育理应成为学习型社会、学习型大国建设的中坚力量。文章以北京市成人教育机构为案例,分析了成人教育机构中高等教育、职业培训、家长教育、老年教育、市民教育的作用,提出在统筹“三教”协同创新发展背景下成人教育整合式发展的内涵和框架,即成人教育应该以学习型社会建设为战略牵引,走整合式发展道路。具体包括:旗帜鲜明,服务学习型社会建设;开放协同,构建区域教育合力;线上线下,助力人人、时时、处处可学;多元创新,形成教育机构活力;整合发展,提高内部运行效率。 The historical mission of adult education has always changed with the times.In the process of building a strong country in education in the new era,adult education should become the backbone of building a learning society and a learning country.This paper takes adult education institutions in Beijing as a case study to analyze the roles of higher education,vocational training,parent education,elderly education,and civic education in adult education institutions.Under the background of collaborative and innovative development of the three types of education,the article proposes a framework for the integrated development of adult education,which includes serving the construction of a learning society,forging a regional education synergy through opening-up and coordination,developing online and offline programs for learners to learn anywhere,anytime,enhancing the vitality of educational institutions with diversified innovation,and improving internal operation efficiency through integrated development.
