成人教育是终身教育的重要组成部分,有着其他教育不可取代的特殊功能。成人高校是指按照国家规定的设置标准和审批程序批准举办的高等学历教育的学校,成人高校招收的对象顾名思义是成年人,一般实行非全日制教学,成人高校班主任工作在学校工作中具有重要的地位和作用。班主任工作不仅关系到学生的未来,也关系到学校的声誉和发展。文章分析成人教育的班主任现状,提出班主任管理存在的问题,以及班主任工作提质增效的对策。

Adult education is an important part of lifelong education,and has its own characteristics that cannot be replaced by other education.Adult colleges refer to the higher educational institutions that are approved and established in accordance with national standards and approval procedures.Adult colleges,as the name suggests,enroll adults and generally implement part-time teaching,so the work of a class teacher in adult colleges plays a significant role in school work.The work of a class teacher is related not only to the future of the students,but also to the reputation and development of schools.Based on the characteristics of students in adult colleges,this paper analyzes the status quo of class teachers in adult education,points out the problems existing in the management of class teachers,and proposes the countermeasures to improve the quality and efficiency of the work of class teachers.
