新时期家庭教育指导服务人才的培养策略研究

A Study of the Training Strategies for Family Education Guidance and Service Providers in the New Era

随着社会发展的加快和家庭教育需求的不断提高,家庭教育指导服务人才已成为新时期家庭教育指导的重要支撑力量。文章主要从家庭教育指导服务人才的特点、现状进行分析,并结合我国家庭教育指导服务人才培养的现实需求和发展趋势,提出了适应新时期家庭教育指导服务人才培养的策略。具体包括加大政策支持、建立多元化的培养模式、完善培训体系、加强实践教学、提升人才的职业素养、完善职业发展体系等方面,旨在为新时期家庭教育指导服务人才的培养提供理论支持和实践指导。

With the continuous development of society and family education,guidance and service providers for family education has become an important supporting force for families in the new era.This paper analyzes the characteristics and the status quo of these guidance providers as well as the current needs and development trends in China,and puts forward some strategies of family education personnel training.These strategies include enhancing policy support,establishing diversified training models,improving the training system,strengthening practical teaching,improving the professional quality of talents,advancing the career development system and so on.This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of family education guidance talent in the new era.
