新技术背景下成人在线学习建构的视角与实践——《在线教育和成人学习:教学实践的新领域》评析

摘要 随着20世纪科技变革与信息化社会的快速发展,教育信息技术在成人教育领域得到广泛应用,成人在线学习应运而生。在新技术发展的背景下,如何形成真正有效的成人在线教育实践成为成人教育领域的重要研究课题。美国成人教育学家特里·基德主编的《在线教育和成人学习:教学实践的新领域》一书从理论和实践层面研究了新技术发展对成人在线教育的影响。该书从整体发展视角、逻辑比较视角和个体化的多元视角拓展了成人在线教育的研究视域。结合成人在线教育与学习的实践案例,作者探讨了新技术背景下成人在线学习实践的建构与发展,提出了以学习者为中心的技术支援体系和建构主义取向的教师在线教学技能发展路径。该书的观点为在新技术背景下构建成人在线学习实践提供了借鉴。 With the rapid development of technological transformation and information society in the 20th century,educational information technology has been widely used in the field of adult education,and adult online learning has also emerged.How to form an effective adult online education practice under the background of new technology development has become an important research topic in the field of adult education.The book Online Education and Adult Learning:New Frontiers for Teaching Practices,edited by American educationist Terry Kidd,studies the impact of new technology development on adult online education from theoretical and practical levels.This book expands the research horizon of adult online education from the perspective of overall development,logical comparison and multiple individualization.Combining the practical cases of adult online education and learning,the author discusses the construction and development of adult online learning practice under the background of new technology,and puts forward a learner-centered technical support system,and a constructivist-oriented path for teachers to develop online teaching skills.The views of this book provide reference for the construction of adult online learning practice in the context of new technology development.
