数字经济赋能绿色发展:统计测度与实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了考察数字经济在全国范围内对绿色发展的促进作用,明确这种促进作用在时间和地域上的规律及其差异,选取2013—2020年中国31个省份(因数据缺失,未包括港澳台地区)的面板数据,采用优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)和超效率-SBM模型对我国数字经济与绿色发展状况进行测度,并构建面板计量模型,对数字经济对绿色发展的影响作用进行实证分析。研究发现,中国数字经济水平和绿色发展效率基本呈上升态势;数字经济正向促进区域绿色发展,并成为区域绿色化转型的主要动力;数字经济对绿色发展的促进效应存在着地域差异,数字经济给东部地区带来的“绿色红利”其他地区多。 In order to examine the role of the digital economy in promoting green development at the national level,and to clarify the temporal and geographical patterns and differences in this role,based on the panel data of 31 provinces(due to the lack of data,the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province)in our country from 2013 to 2020,Topsis method and Super-SBM model to measure the digital economy and green development of our country were used,and the panel measurement model was constructed,an empirical analysis on the impact of digital economy on green development was conducted.The findings are as follows.The level of digital economy and green development efficiency in China are on the rise.Digital economy is promoting regional green deve-lopment and becoming the main driving force of regional green transformation.There are regional differences in the promotion effect of digital economy on green development.Digital economy brings more“Green dividend”to the eastern region than other regions.
