辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的领军者,参加辅导员素质能力大赛是衡量辅导员专业技能的一个有效途径。大赛从2012年设立至今,经历了更名和赛制改革等变化。该文将从辅导员职业能力概况及存在问题、赛制转变内容与意义、新赛制下辅导员职业能力建设等方面入手,从赛制演变探究新时代对辅导员职业能力提出的新要求,旨在促进辅导员工作与时俱进、推陈出新,开创育人新局面。

Counselors are the leaders of ideological and political education for college students.Participating in counselors’quality and ability contest is an effective way to measure the professional skills of counselors.Since its establishment in 2012,the contest has undergone changes such as renaming and competition system reform.Starting with the general situation and existing problems of counselors’professional ability,the content and sig⁃nificance of the competition system transformation,the construction of counselors’professional ability under the new competition system,this article will explore the new requirements for counselors’professional ability in the new era from the evolution of the competition system,in order to promote counselors’work to keep pace with the times,bring forth new ideas through the old,and create a new situation of educating people.
