教研一体化——基于药物化学研究课题开展药学本科生毕业实习

Integration of Teaching and Research:Conducting the Graduation Practice of Pharmacy Undergradu⁃ates Based on Medicinal Chemistry Research

药物化学是药学本科生的必修课程之一,通过药物化学课程学习,学生可以掌握药物的化学合成、理化性质、构效关系和作用机理等专业知识。基于药物化学研究课题开展药学本科生毕业实习,是将科研融入教学的一种新教学模式,实现了教研一体化。参与药物化学课题研究对于提升学生创新思维和科研能力、培养学生科研素养等都具有重要意义。

Medicinal Chemistry is one of the required courses for undergraduate students of pharmacy.Through the study of Medicinal Chemistry,students can master the professional knowledge of the chemical synthesis,physicochemical properties,structure-activity relationship and mechanism of drugs.The graduation practice of pharmacy undergraduates based on the research project of medicinal chemistry is a new teaching model,which in⁃tegrates scientific research into teaching and realizes the integration of teaching and research.Participating in me⁃dicinal chemistry research is of great significance to improving students’innovation thinking and scientific research ability,and cultivating their scientific research literacy.
