三门峡市碳达峰碳中和科技创新战略研究——高等职业教育“碳排放”管理人才的培养

Research on the Science and Technology Innovation Strategy of Sanmenxia City for Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality:Cultivation of Management Talents for Carbon Emission in Higher Vocational Education

以三门峡市碳排放重点企业为背景,对三门峡市高职院校“双碳”管理人才培养的现状进行调研分析。结果表明,三门峡市高职院校“双碳”管理人才培养存在专业度不高、时效性不强、师资力量欠缺、产教合而不融等不足,在此基础上提出对策与建议。

Based on the background of key carbon emission enterprises in Sanmenxia City,this paper conducts a survey and analysis on the current situation of“double carbon”management talent training in higher vocational colleges in Sanmenxia City.The results show that the“double carbon”management talent training in higher voca⁃tional colleges in Sanmenxia City has shortcomings such as low professionalism,low timeliness,lack of teachers,and lack of integration of industry and education.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
