摘要
焊接质量检验课程是高职智能焊接专业的核心课程之一,具有理论知识体系庞大杂乱、实践技能要求较高的特点。随着我国现代职业教育的发展和对标新兴制造产业对职业技能型人才提出的新需求,焊接质量检验课程传统的“重理论,轻实践”教学模式已经不能很好地实现新形势下现代制造产业对技能人才培养提出的目标。文章在梳理课程教学内容及教学存在问题的基础上,创新教学方法,强化学生的实践操作能力,充分开发学生的创新思维,构建科学有效的教学质量评价体系,通过开展课程教学活动,旨在探索一种“以学生为主体,以创新实践为引领”的理实一体化的全新课程教学模式。文章研究成果希望能为高职院校人才培养与教学研究提供经验与借鉴。
The Welding Quality Inspection course is one of the core courses of the intelligent welding major in higher vocational colleges,with a large and chaotic theoretical knowledge system and high requirements for practical skills.With the development of contemporary vocational education in China and the new demand for voca⁃tional skilled talents in the emerging manufacturing industry,the traditional teaching mode of“emphasizing theory and neglecting practice”in the Welding Quality Inspection course cannot effectively achieve the goal of cultivating skilled talents in the contemporary manufacturing industry under the new situation.On the basis of sorting out the teaching content and existing problems of the course,this article innovates teaching methods,strengthens students’practical and operational abilities,fully develops students’innovative thinking,and constructs a scientific and effective teaching quality evaluation system.By conducting course teaching activities,the aim is to explore a new course teaching model that integrates theory and practice,with students as the main body and innovative practice as the guide.The research results of this article can also provide experience and reference for talent cultivation and teaching research in higher vocational colleges.
