基于阅读疗法的心理护理模式对尿毒症伴焦虑患者的作用

Effect of psychological nursing model based on reading therapy on uremia patients with anxiety

目的探讨基于阅读疗法的心理护理模式对尿毒症伴焦虑患者的护理效果。方法选择2022年4—9月经血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者76例为护理对象。随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组患者38例。对照组行常规心理护理;观察组采取基于阅读疗法的心理护理模式进行护理干预。护理后,从患者心理焦虑评分、精神状态评分和生活状态评分等方面,比较护理效果。结果观察组患者心理焦虑评分低于对照组,精神状态和生活状态评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于阅读疗法的心理护理模式有效提高了尿毒症伴焦虑患者的护理效果。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of psychological nursing model based on reading therapy on patients with uremia and anxiety.Methods Seventy-six patients with uremia who underwent hemodialysis from April to September 2022 were selected as nursing objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine psychological nursing;The observation group adopted psychological nursing mode based on reading therapy for nursing intervention.After nursing,the nursing effect was compared from the aspects of nursing anxiety score,mental state score and life state score.Results The scores of psychological anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of mental state and life state were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing model based on reading therapy can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients with uremia and anxiety.
