基于虚拟实景技术的移动式压力容器应急演练平台

Emergency Drill Platform for Transportable Pressure Vessel Based on Virtual Reality Technology

为解决移动式压力容器应急演练中存在的风险大、成本高、覆盖面窄及有效性差等问题,基于虚拟实景技术搭建了移动式压力容器应急演练平台。平台采用细分场景构建,将角色扮演任务逻辑引入应急处置,还原常温型汽车罐车与低温型汽车罐车两类移动式压力容器的使用场景,设计了教学版、快速处置和升级处置等模块化方案,引导演练人员进行角色扮演、应急装备选取、完成单人任务与协作任务。应急演练平台还充分运用声、光、文字、倒计时、排名竞赛及开放式结果等效果,将应急演练与电竞游戏相结合,提升演练者的探索欲。研究表明,应急演练平台模块设置逻辑合理且场景体验感较好,有助于提升演练人员的应急处置能力。

In order to solve the problems of high risk,high cost,narrow coverage and poor effectiveness of transportable pressure vessel emergency drill,a transportable pressure vessel emergency drill platform was built based on virtual reality technology.The platform adopts segmented scenario construction,introduces role-playing task logic into emergency disposal,restores the use scenarios of two types of transportable pressure vessels,namely normal-temperature auto transportable tanker and low-temperature auto transportable tanker,and designs modular programs such as teaching version,rapid disposal,and upgraded disposal,guiding the drillers to conduct role-playing,selection of emergency equipment,and completion of solo tasks and collaborative tasks.The emergency drill platform also makes full use of sound,light,text,countdown,ranking competition,and open-ended results,combining emergency drills with e-sports games to enhance the exploratory desire of the drillers.The study shows that the emergency drill platform has reasonable module settings and good scene experience,which helps to improve the emergency response ability of the drillers.
