机械密封高温试验台设计和应用

摘要 石油炼化行业高温热油泵上广泛采用波纹管机械密封,波纹管机械密封在高温状态下运行会发生早期失效,造成介质大量泄漏,影响生产。为验证波纹管机械密封可靠性,设计研发了机械密封高温试验台,通过模拟波纹管机械密封现场工况,对其进行运转认证试验。介绍了机械密封高温试验台的结构设计、工作原理及电机功率确定。设计的高温试验台能对试验介质温度、试验介质压力及试验机械密封的转速进行高精度有效调节,可满足相关标准对机械密封的认证试验要求及用户指定的试验要求。 High-temperature oil pump for the petroleum refining industry widely adopts bellow mechanical seals.Bellow mechanical seals in high-temperature operation will occur early failure,resulting in a large number of media leakage,affecting production.In order to verify the reliability of the bellows mechanical seal,a mechanical seal high temperature test-bed was designed and developed to simulate the working conditions of the bellows mechanical seal in the field and carry out its operation certification test.The designing a high temperature test-bed could effectively adjust with high precision for tested-medium temperature,tested-medium pressure,and speed,and also could meet the test requirement of relative technical standards and user specifications.
