摘要
炼化企业变频电动机上通常采用主电机附带强制冷却风机的降温方式,控制回路冷却风机与主电机之间有电气联锁,冷却风机发生故障时需将整个风机机组停机才能对冷却风机进行检修。关键设备停机将造成全部装置停车或引起环保事故,且不满足《炼化企业电气设备检维修策略指导意见》(试行)中对变频电动机的相关要求。介绍了某烷基化废酸装置变频电动机运行现状及控制回路,针对控制回路中存在的问题,提出了手动在线切换和自动在线切换的技术改造方案。实际操作效果证明技术改造方案可行,为炼化企业变频电动机控制回路隐患治理和稳定运行提供了解决方案。
Refining and chemical enterprises usually adopt the cooling method of the main motor with a forced cooling fan on the variable frequency motor.There is an electrical interlock between the control circuit cooling fan and the main motor.When the cooling fan fails,the entire fan unit needs to be shut down in order to repair the cooling fan.The shutdown of key equipment will cause all units to shut down or cause environmental accidents,and does not meet the relevant requirements for variable frequency motors in the“Guidelines for Electrical Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Strategies in Refining Enterprises”.The operation status and control circuit of the variable frequency motor of an alkylation waste acid plant were introduced,and the technical transformation scheme of manual online switching and automatic online switching was proposed for the problems existing in the control circuit.The actual operation effect proves the feasibility of the technical transformation program,and it provides a solution for the hidden trouble management and stable operation of the control circuit of the variable frequency motor in the refining and chemical enterprises.
