“生生之谓译”视角下政治文献翻译研究——以二十大报告为例

摘要 文章以生态翻译学理论为基础,从“生生之谓译”视角比较分析二十大报告英译示例与学术译例、以前的政治文本译例,探析“十化”方法论体系中的综衡化原则、原生化策略及译生化策略等对政治文献翻译的适用性,以期为中国政治文献汉英翻译与国际传播提供借鉴。文章发现,“生生之谓译”是中国特色翻译理论生态翻译学的切入点,可予政治文献翻译实践以恰当指导,其应用研究也对构建中国特色的学术话语体系及政治话语体系具有积极意义。 Based on Eco-translatology Theory,this paper adopts the perspective that“translation is to keep living things alive”.By a comparison among the examples of translation from The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,those from academic documents and those from previous political documents,this paper analyzes the applicability of the text-balancing scrutinization principle,the source-contextualization strategy and the target-contextualization strategy in the“10-tion”methodological framework to the translation of political documents,so as to give a reference for the Chinese to English translation and the international dissemination of Chinese political documents.This study figures out that,as a perspective concerning the Eco-translatology theory with Chinese characteristics,“translation is to keep living things alive”can be instructive in the practice of the translation of political documents,and the research on its application is conducive to the construction of the academic and political discourse systems with Chinese characteristics.
