思想政治教育视域下大学生“内卷化”困境分析

Analysis of the Dilemma of“Internalization”of College Students from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

“内卷”一词从最初人类学范畴的定义逐步扩展,已然从一种文化模式演变为一种行为模式,社会生活的各个方面都存在着“内卷”的现象。在高校存量资源情况下,大学生们为获取有限的优质资源而进行的非理性竞争,形成了大学生“内卷化”困境。从三种常见的大学生“内卷化”现象出发,分析在高校内卷竞争之下,评价体系、同辈压力、学生理想信念导致的“内卷化”困境表现、成因、负面影响,有针对性地对大学生“内卷化”及时做出反应、干预,帮助学生辨析不良社会思潮,规避恶性竞争。

The term“involution”has gradually expanded from the original definition of anthropological category,and has evolved from a cultural model to a behavioral model.The phenomenon of“involution”exists in all aspects of social life.In the situation of the existing resources in colleges and universities,the irrational competition of college students to obtain the limited high-quality resources has formed the dilemma of“involution”of college students.Starting from three common“introgression”phenomena of college students,this paper analyzes the performance,causes and negative effects of“introgression”dilemma caused by evaluation system,peer pressure and students’ideals and beliefs under the introgression competition in colleges and universities.Timely response and intervention should be made to the“introspection”of college students to help them distinguish bad social trends and avoid vicious competition.
