交互赋能:县域特色产业助力乡村振兴的行动逻辑

Interactive Empowerment:The Action Logic of County Characteristic Industries to Assist Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是我国实现共同富裕的关键一步,在其发展过程中,不同的力量助力着乡村振兴。作为乡村振兴的前提和基础,产业兴旺乃是重中之重,而对县域特色产业助力乡村振兴的行动逻辑进行考察,方能达到更好地助力乡村振兴的目的。通过对西南地区A县吉他产业所进行的田野调查发现,县域特色产业之所以得以形成需归功于行政效力、经济效力和文化效力的三重价值形塑。而在产业的孵化过程中,乡村振兴与县域特色产业又各以其场域特点得以实现交互赋能,并聚焦于国家在场、技术在场和文化在场三重维度。但是,在乡村振兴这一语境之下,县域特色产业呈现出一定的“内卷化”倾向,隐喻着“失稳”之风险。未来,县域特色产业应立足于自身进行多向度培育,以寻求突破既有发展壁垒的可视化路径。

The rural revitalization strategy is a key step in achieving common prosperity in our country,and different forces are assisting the revitalization rural areas in its development.As the premise and foundation of rural revitalization,the prosperity of industries is of utmost importance.By examining the action logic of county-level characteristic industries to assist rural revitalization,we can achieve the goal of better supporting rural revitalization.Through a field survey of the guitar industry in County A in the southwest region,it is found that the formation of the county’s characteristic industry is attributed to the triple value shaping of administrative effectiveness,economic effectiveness,and cultural effectiveness.In the incubation process of industries,rural revitalization and county-level characteristic industries each achieve interactive empowerment based on their field characteristics,and focus on the three dimensions of national presence,technological presence,and cultural presence.However,in the context of rural revitalization,county-level characteristic industries exhibit a certain tendency of"involution",symbolizing the risk of"instability".In the future,county-level characteristic industries should be based on their own multi-dimensional cultivation to seek a visual path to break through existing development barriers.
