数字供应链:智能技术与动态能力的绿色协同效应——基于200家制造业企业的实证研究

Digital Supply Chain:Green Synergy of Smart Technology and Dynamic Capabilities-Empirical study based on 200 manufacturing enterprises

在数字转型大背景下,文章基于动态能力理论研究我国制造业企业供应链管理中智能技术与动态能力的绿色协同效应,使用200家制造业企业样本数据,通过结构方程模型检验智能技术、企业动态能力与企业绩效(财务、产品、环境)的关系。研究发现,企业数字供应链管理中智能技术对动态能力、动态能力对企业绩效均有正向影响作用。不过,智能技术对企业绩效不存在直接显著的影响关系,但智能技术可以通过动态能力促进企业实现优质绩效。文章对当前数字转型背景下的资源和动态能力理论提供了新的研究方向,并对数字供应链管理给予一定的实践意义。

This paper investigates the green synergistic impact of intelligent technology and dynamic capabilities in the supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises in China within the framework of digital transformation.Grounded in dynamic capability theory,the study utilizes data from 200 manufacturing enterprises to explore the intricate relationship between intelligent technology,enterprise dynamic capabilities,and various dimensions of enterprise performance(financial,product,and environmental).It was found that smart technology in enterprise digital supply chain management has a positive effect on dynamic capabilities and dynamic capabilities on enterprise performance.However,there is no direct and significant influence relationship of smart technology on enterprise performance,but smart technology can facilitate enterprises to achieve quality performance through dynamic capabilities.This paper pioneers a new research direction within the theory of resources and dynamic capabilities,particularly in the context of ongoing digital transformation.Furthermore,the practical implications of this study are evident in the realm of digital supply chain management,offering valuable guidance for manufacturing enterprises striving to optimize their performance and sustainability in the digital era.
