摘要
现代产业学院的建设是以高校、政府、企业行业等共同建立,为培养适应和引领现代产业发展的高素质应用型人才、复合型人才、创新型人才的一种新模式。多元化主体带来的利益相关者之间的冲突给学院的建设带来阻碍。该文基于理性选择理论分析现代产业学院多主体治理结构的利益及其背后的原因,从行动性和结构性两个方面对利益相关者进行分析,提出从国家层面的顶层设计进行政策制定、构建有效的多元利益主体治理机制和打造多元利益主体育人价值共同体的现代产业学院多主体协同治理结构利益共享的政策调适分析与建议。
Modern industrial colleges,jointly established by universities,governments,enterprises and industries,are products of a new mode aimed at cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,interdisciplinary talents and innovative talents that are capable of adapting to and spearheading the development of modern industries.Stakeholder conflicts brought about by the presence of multiple entities in such projects may hinder their construction progress.In light of this issue,this study referenced the rational choice theory and analyzed the benefits of and underlying reasons for adopting a multi-subject governance structure in modern industrial colleges.Subsequently,stakeholders were studied from the aspects of agency and structure,a policy adaptation analysis was carried out,and corresponding recommendations were put forth,suggesting policymakers formulate policies in conjunction with the national top-level design,establish an effective multi-stakeholder governance mechanism,as well as realize a multi-subject collaborative governance structure benefit sharing mechanism suitable for the likes of multi-stakeholder talent cultivation communities with shared values as what the modern industrial colleges are envisioned to become.
