西部地区乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育的时空耦合研究

Research on Time-space Coupling of Rural Revitalization and Cultivation of New-type Professional Farmers in the Western Region

在乡村振兴过程中,振兴主体发挥着至关重要的作用。基于西部地区2012—2019年省级面板数据,通过构建耦合协调度模型,实证分析了西部地区乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育的耦合协调发展水平。结果表明:乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育之间的互动耦合作用逐渐增强;乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育的耦合协调程度在时间上呈现波动性和阶段性特征,总体体现为乡村振兴主导型的发展类型,经历了中度失调和轻度失调阶段;乡村振兴与新型职业农民培育的耦合协调程度在空间上呈现区域差异性特征,即西南地区的云南、贵州、四川的综合发展水平明显高于西北地区的陕西、宁夏、新疆,但这种空间差距呈现出逐渐缩小的态势。该研究为全面认识乡村振兴的影响机制提供了经验支持,同时丰富了农民职业化的策略选择。

In the process of rural revitalization,the revitalization subject plays a vital role.Based on the 2012-2019 provincial panel data of the western region,this article constructs a coupling coordination degree model to empirically analyze the coupling and coordinated development level of rural revitalization and cultivation of new-type professional farmers in the western region.The results show that the interactive coupling effect between rural revitalization and cultivation of new-type professional farmers is gradually increasing;The degree of coupling and coordination between rural revitalization and cultivation of new-type professional farmers shows the characteristics of fluctuation and stage in time,and is generally reflected in the development type of rural revitalization-led development,which has experienced moderate and mild imbalances;It shows the characteristics of regional differences in space,that is,the comprehensive development level of Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan in Southwest China is significantly higher than that of Shanxi,Ningxia and Xinjiang in Northwest China,however,this spatial gap is gradually narrowing.The study provides empirical support for a comprehensive understanding of the impact mechanism of rural revitalization,and enriches the strategic choice of farmers’professionalization.
