摘要
通过对流域生态环境影响的综合评估研究,实现区域社会经济生态环境的可持续发展,达到水资源的可持续发展,实现人类与自然的协调统一的目的,有着重大的理论价值和广泛的发展空间。在对水利水电工程环境影响进行研究的基础上,提出一套较为完备的评价指标。运用层次分析法、粗糙集理论、模糊综合评判法,对水利水电项目的影响进行模糊综合评判,进而对飞来峡水库的生态影响进行评估。结果表明,该生态决策模型应用性能相对较为良好。
It is of great theoretical value and wide development space to realize the sustainable development of regional social economy and ecological environment,achieve the sustainable development of water resources,and realize the coordination and unity between human and nature through the comprehensive assessment and study of the ecological environment impact of the watershed.Based on the study of environmental impact of water conservancy and hydropower projects,a set of relatively complete evaluation indexes are put forward.AHP,rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the influence of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Then the ecological impact of Feilaixia reservoir was evaluated.The results show that the application performance of this ecological decision model is relatively good.
