摘要
为解决纺纱染整等领域配色难且效率低的问题,基于工业实际情况,以三原色混色的模式构建色相、彩度、明度三维度变化的全色域配色色立体。定义中间灰为构建灰度面三原色色彩平衡的基准,以不同灰度值的灰色来调控色立体灰度面的明暗变化;通过三原色的混合来配制各灰度面网格点的颜色。基于构建的全色域配色色立体,对14个灰度面网格点进行尼龙色卡打样,采用曲面拟合的方法将色立体的坐标、实样颜色值及染料配方进行关联,得到色立体任意精度下网格点颜色值对应的染料配方。以案例的形式检验了全色域配色色立体的配方预测效果。研究结果可为定制数字化配色模型打下基础,为突破现阶段计算机配色的瓶颈提供了可行的创新思路。
In order to solve the problem of difficult color matching and low efficiency in spinning,dyeing and finishing and other fields,based on the actual industrial situation,the three primary colors mixing mode was used to build a full-color gamut color matching stereo with three-dimensional changes in hue,chroma and lightness.The intermediate gray was defined as the basis for constructing the color balance of the three primary colors of gray plane.The color of grid points on each gray plane was prepared by mixing the three primary colors.Based on the color matching stereo of the full-color gamut,nylon color card proofing was carried out for 14 grid points on the gray plane,and surface fitting method was used to correlate the coordinates of the color stereo,the color value of the real sample and the dye formula,so that the dye formula corresponding to the color value of the grid points under any precision of the color stereo can be obtained.A case was used to test the good formula prediction effect of full-color gamut color matching stereo.The research results lay a foundation for customized digital color matching model,and provide a feasible innovative idea to break through the bottleneck of computer color matching at this stage.
