摘要
从废电路板中剥离的金属中含有的杂质较多,因此熔融冷却并进行浇铸过程中,分离出的的废铜渣中铜碳度过高。为准确测定废电路板铜渣样品中铅、锌、锡、镍等有价金属含量,建立了1套ICP-AES分析鉴定方法。该方法先用盐酸、硝酸、硝硫混酸溶解除碳,再用盐酸及少量过氧化氢溶解盐类,最后在混酸介质中用ICP-AES连续测定铅、锌、锡、镍。在最佳工况条件下进行方法精密度、准确度测试,得出4个被测元素的检出限0.003 6~0.053 1μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)0.514%~3.347%,加标回收率95.9%~105.2%,方法实用性强,已应用于实际的检测工作。
The metal stripped from waste circuit boards contains a lot of impurities,therefore,waste copper residue separated has too high copper carbon content during the molten cooling and casting process.To accurately determine the content of valuable metals such as lead,zinc,nickel,and tin in copper residue samples from waste circuit boards,a set of analytical and identification method using ICP-AES method was developed to directly determine the main impurities such as lead,zinc,tin,and nickel in waste copper residue formed by smelting metal materials from waste circuit board metals.This method first uses a mixture of hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,and nitrate sulfur to dissolve and remove carbon.Then,hydrochloric acid and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide are used to dissolve the salts.Finally,the contents of lead,zinc,tin,and nickel are continuously measured using ICP-AES in a acid mixture medium.After testing the precision and accuracy of the method under the optimal operating conditions,it was found that the detection limits of the four tested elements were 0.003 6~0.053 1 μg/mL,with a relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11) of 0.514% to3.347%,and a recovery rate of 95.9% to 105.2%.The method has strong practicality and can be used in practical detection work.
