贵州黑山羊体重与体尺性状的相关性研究

摘要 为探究贵州黑山羊体重与体尺各性状之间的相关性,该研究对1729只贵州黑山羊体重与体尺性状进行相关性分析、通径分析及逐步回归分析,最终构建体重与体尺性状之间的最优回归方程。结果表明,贵州黑山羊成年羊与育成羊体重(Y)与各体尺性状均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05);在贵州黑山羊育成羊群体中,体长(X2)和胸围(X5)性状通过直接作用影响体重,而胸深(X3)和体高性状(X1)则通过间接作用影响体重;在成年羊群体中,胸围性状(X5)通过直接作用影响体重,体高(X1)和胸深(X3)的间接作用较强;贵州黑山羊育成羊体重与各体尺间的最优回归方程为:Y=0.606X2+0.469X5-42.814 (R2=0.931),成年羊体重与各体尺间的最优回归方程为:Y=0.745X5+0.409X2+0.459X3-65.322 (R2=0.900)。结果表明,体长或胸围可直接作用影响体重,故在选育工作中应优先考虑,研究为贵州黑山羊的选种选育提供了理论依据。 In order to explore the correlation between body weight and body size traits of Guizhou black goats,this study conducted correlation analysis,path analysis and stepwise regression analysis on body weight and body size traits of 1729 Guizhou black goats,and finally constructed the optimal regression equation between body weight and body size traits.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between body weight(Y)and body size traits of Guizhou black goat(<0.05).In Guizhou black goatbreeding population,body length(X2)and chest circumference(X5)traits affect body weight through direct effects,while chest depth(X3)and body height traits(X1)affect body weight through indirect effects.In the adult sheep population,chest circumference(X5)affected body weight through direct effect,and body height(X)and chest depth(X3)had stronger indirect effects.The optimal regression equation between body weight and body size of Guizhou black goat was Y=0.606X2+0.469X5-42.814(R2=0.931).The optimal regression equation between body weight and body size of adult goat was Y=0.745X5+0.409X2+0.459X3-65.322(R2=0.900).The results showed that body length or chest circumference could directly affect body weight,so it should be given priority in breeding work.The study provided a theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of Guizhou black goats.
