摘要
定子铁心损耗试验对于保障发电机安全运行有着重要意义。为验证采用高频激励替代工频激励的理论分析,进行了相应试验,对比了50~300 Hz激励下正常铁心和短路铁心的表面及故障点升温情况,并对结果进行分析。研究结果表明,在高频电流激励下铁心表面温度及故障点温度上升趋势具有较好的一致性,增加电源频率使系统消耗的无功降低,功率因数升高,同时,降低激励电流有利于提高功率因数。
The stator core loss test is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of generators.In order to verify the theory of replacing frequency excitation with high-frequency excitation,the paper conducts the corresponding tests to compare the surface and fault point heating of normal core and short-circuit core under 50~300 Hz excitation,and analyzes the results.According to the results,the rising trends of core surface temperature and fault point temperature have good consistency under the high-frequency current excitation,the increase of power supply frequency reduces the reactive power consumed by the system and raises the power factor,and the reduction of excitation current is helpful to improve the power factor.
