摘要 智能技术在新型电力系统中应用不断扩大,提高系统控制准确性的一个挑战是在电力市场出清机制中整合调度决策过程,以反映市场结果对新兴技术的影响和依赖。因此,文中出了一种与新型电力系统的市场运营模型相结合的能源调度辅助决策方法。该方法使用双层优化,下层的子电网独立运营网络,并将决策发送给上层运营商,该运营商根据机组组合和二阶锥交流潮流模型进行市场交易。开发了一种单领导多跟随者博弈,其中每个子电网都得出其自身可再生能源、储能设备和需求响应相关的调度决策,这些调度决策通过使用混合整数线性规划的主电网互相联系。鉴于上层和下层决策的混合整数性质,制定了一种新的重构分解方法来求解这个双层优化模型。通过在三个测试系统上进行的仿真实验,证明了所提出的方法可以准确地表示新型电力系统的物理特性,并以显着的计算效率获得合理的结果,验证了其有效性。 With the expanding application of smart technologies in novel power systems,one challenge to improve system control accuracy is to integrate the dispatching decision process in the power market clearing mechanism to reflect the impact and dependence of market outcomes on emerging technologies.Therefore,the paper proposes an energy dispatching assistant decision-making method integrated with a market operation model for novel power systems.The approach adopts a two-tier optimization with a lower tier of sub-grid-independent operating networks and sends decisions to an upper tier operator that makes market transactions based on unit mix and a second-order cone AC tidal model.In addition,a single leader multi-follower game is developed in which each sub-grid derives its own dispatching decisions related to renewables,storage devices and demand response,which are interconnected through the main grid using mixed integer linear programming.Given the mixed integer nature of the upper and lower level decisions,a new reconfiguration decomposition method is developed to solve this two-layer optimization model.Through simulation experiments on three test systems,it is demonstrated that the proposed method can accurately represent the physical characteristics of the novel power system and obtain reasonable results with significant computational efficiency,verifying its effectiveness.
