摘要
钛酸锂电池的循环寿命是其一项重要性能评价指标。文中以软包钛酸锂电池为研究对象,在常温下开展循环老化试验,通过电压微分分析和容量增量分析等原位分析方法对电池全生命周期内的容量衰减、内阻增加等原因进行分析,提出了一种基于特征参数的剩余容量估计方法。经综合分析得到:钛酸锂电池容量衰退的主要原因是正极材料损失和锂离子损失,而电池在寿命末期容量加速衰退的原因是电池内阻急剧增大。
The cycle life of lithium titanate battery is an important performance evaluation index.In this paper,the soft coated lithium titanate battery is taken as the research object,and the cyclic aging test is carried out at room temperature.The causes of capacity attenuation and internal resistance increase in the whole life cycle of the battery are analyzed through the in-situ analysis methods such as voltage differential analysis and capacity increment analysis,and a residual capacity estimation method based on characteristic parameters is proposed.According to the comprehensive analysis,the main reasons for the capacity decline of lithium titanate battery are the loss of cathode materials and lithium ion,while the reason for the accelerated capacity decline at the end of the battery life is the sharp increase of the internal resistance of the battery.
