四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司“260 m^(2)烧结烟气超低排放综合治理升级改造项目”于2019年12月动工建设、2020年10月底建成投运。是西南片区冶金行业第一条完整规划、实施烟气脱硫、脱硝、深度除尘,并实现“35-50-10”超低排放的生产线,也是目前国内首条一次性全面实施“钒钛烧结高硫”烟气超低排放综合治理的环保设施,尤其是采用白泥(造纸厂固废)作为脱硫吸收剂,对跨行业的固废资源循环利用和协同处置,具有重要的示范作用和社会经济价值。

Sichuan Desheng Group Vanadium and Titanium Co.,Ltd.,"260 m^(2) Sintering Flue Gas Ultra-low Emis-sion Comprehensive Treatment Upgrading Project"started construction in December 2019 and was completed and put into operation at the end of October 2020.It is the first production line in the metallurgical industry in Southwest China to fully plan and implement flue gas desulfuriz-ation,denitration and deep dust removal and achieve"35-50-1o"ultra-low emission,It is also the first environmental protection facility in China to fully implement the com-prehensive treatment of"vanadium-titanium sintering high sulfur"flue gas ultra-low emission at one time,Especial-ly,using white mud(paper mill solid waste)as desulfurization absorbent has important demonstration role and so-cial and economic value for cross-industry solid waste recycling and coordinated disposal.
