在供应链金融上升为解决中小微企业融资问题的国家战略背景下,加快供应链金融发展步伐,探索区域供应链金融发展对策,是加快构建新发展格局、改进金融供给质量和结构的重要抓手。以江苏省南通市为例,总结分析区域供应链金融公共服务平台建设的经验与障碍,在此基础上揭示供应链金融公共服务示范区的内涵要义,为区域供应链金融公共服务示范区建设提供可资借鉴的路径。

Under the background of supply chain finance becomes a national strategy of solving the financing problems of medium,small and micro-sized enterprises,accelerating the pace of supply chain finance development and exploring regional supply chain finance development countermeasures is an important starting point to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern and improve the quality and structure of financial supply.Taking the city of Nantong as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the experience and obstacles to regional supply chain financial public service platform construction,on this basis,reveals the connotation and essence of the supply chain finance public service demonstration zone,and provides a path for constructing the regional supply chain financial public service demonstration zone for reference.
