盐城市县级行政区土地承载力研究

Study on Land Carrying Capacity of County-Level Administrative Districts in Yancheng

为客观分析盐城市土地环境承载状况,针对短板提出改进建议,选取2017—2021年盐城市9个县区市土地压力指标和土地支撑力指标数据,建立土地承载力指标评价体系,运用承载力指数法和耦合协调度分析法对其土地承载状况进行计算评价。结果表明:近年来,盐城各地的土地承载力总体呈上升趋势,且大部分地区处于超载状态;南部地区的承载力普遍高于北部地区,大丰区各年份的承载力最高,响水县土地承载状况相对较差;耦合协调度分级评价结果与承载力指数法结论基本一致;2021年,各地均处于协调耦合期,耦合度均介于0.8~1.0,主要得益于对耕地保护的重视和城市建设的不断发力。

To evaluate the land environmental carrying capacity in Yancheng,the data of land pressure and land support of nine counties or districts of Yancheng from 2017 to 2021 are collected and an evaluation system for land carrying capacity is established,using land capacity carrying model and coupling coordination-degree model.The results show that the land carrying capacity in Yancheng is generally on the increase in the recent years,and most of the districts are in a state of overload.The land carrying capacity in the south is higher than that in the north.Dafeng district has the highest land carrying capacity for each year while Xiangshui district has a relatively poor condition.The evaluation result obtained from coupling coordination-degree model is basically consistent with that from land capacity carrying model.All districts in Yancheng witness the coupling degree between 0.8 and 1.0 in coordinated coupling period in 2021,thanks in large part to the protection of cultivated land and the continuous development of urban construction.
