预应力预制箱梁关键施工技术探析

Analysis of Key Construction Technology of Prestressed Precast Box Girder

依托实际工程案例,将理论与实践相结合,针对预应力预制箱梁施工的重点难点,探究了钢筋绑扎和预应力管道预留、模板预拱度设置、混凝土施工水化热控制等关键工序的施工要点,同时对张拉过程进行严格控制,以保证预应力箱梁施工任务顺利完成。采用静载试验进行施工检测,结果表明,箱梁预制施工质量较好,施工质量控制方法有效,可为类似工程提供参考。

Taking the true project as a case for study,the key points for prestressed prefabricated box girder construction such as reinforcement bundling,prestressed pipeline reservation,formwork pre-arch setting and hydration heat control of concrete construction are discussed.Besides,the tension process is strictly controlled to ensure the successful completion of the construction of prestressed box girder.Static load test is used to inspect the construction.The results show that the construction quality of the prefabricated box girder is good and the quality control method is effective.
