基于现代学徒制的青年学徒工匠精神培育研究

Research on the Cultivation of Young Apprentice Craftsman Spirit based on Modern Apprenticeship System

工匠精神的培育是国家智造强国建设的内在要求,其与现代学徒制在价值目标、行动方法、培育模式方面存在关联耦合,现代学徒制是工匠精神培育的重要途径。然而,受限于“碎片化”物质世界特征,现代学徒制培育工匠精神的“整体性”根基遭受分割、消解,使青年学徒工匠精神的整体生成陷入现实困境。通过现代学徒制育人模式的过程设计、主体整合、课程衔接、顶层规制,形成工匠精神的培育过程、培育主体、培育内容、培育措施的“整体性”,克服工匠精神培育的整体需求与碎片世界特征的矛盾。

The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is an inherent requirement for the construction of a national intelligent manufacturing power,and it is closely related and coupled with modern apprenticeship system in terms of value goals,action methods,and cultivation modes.Modern apprenticeship system is an important way to cultivate craftsmanship spirit.However,limited by the characteristics of the"fragmented"material world,the"holistic"foundation of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in modern apprenticeship has been divided and dissolved,causing the overall generation of the spirit of young apprentices and craftsmen to fall into practical difficulties.Through the process design,subject integration,curriculum connection,and top-level regulation of the modern apprenticeship education model,the"integrity"of the cultivation process,cultivation subject,cultivation content,and cultivation measures of craftsmanship spirit is formed,overcoming the contradiction between the overall demand for craftsmanship spirit cultivation and the characteristics of the fragmented world.
