大学生志愿服务获得感是大学生在参与志愿服务中有所收获而产生的主观积极体验,主要由知识习得的受益感、能力提升的充实感、视野拓展的满足感、交往体验的归属感和价值实现的成就感构成。现阶段存在志愿服务类型供给单一与大学生现实需求多元,能力要求较高与大学生实践水平不足,志愿服务实际开展情况和大学生预先心理期待不符,志愿服务获益反馈潜隐和大学生感知能力不足等多重矛盾,制约着大学生志愿服务获得感的生成和提升。通过关注学生内在需求、丰富志愿服务类型、加强志愿服务培训和培育志愿服务精神,激活大学生的参与动力、拓展大学生的选择空间、提高大学生的实践技能和深化大学生的价值体悟,助力提升大学生志愿服务获得感。

The sense of acquisition of college students'voluntary service is a subjective positive experience generated by their participation in voluntary service,which is mainly composed of the sense of benefit from knowledge acquisition,the sense of fulfillment from ability improvement,the sense of satisfaction from vision expansion,the sense of belonging from communication experience and the sense of achievement from value realization.At present,there are some contradictions restricting the improvement of acquisition of voluntary service,including the single supply of voluntary service types and the multiple practical needs of college students,the high ability requirements of voluntary service and the insufficient practical level of college students,the actual development situation of voluntary service and the psychological expectation of college students,the latent value feedback of voluntary service and the weak perceptual ability of college students.In order to improve college students'sense of acquisition of voluntary service,it is necessary to pay attention to students'internal needs,enrich the types of voluntary service,strengthen voluntary service training and cultivate the spirit of voluntary service,so as to activate college students'motivation to participate,expand their choice space,improve their practical skills and deepen their value perception.
