可拉伸应变传感器材料与器件研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着可穿戴设备市场越来越大,越来越多的目光聚焦到了可拉伸传感器上。由于可拉伸应变传感器具有拉伸应变范围大、灵敏度高、响应速度快、稳定性高、耐久性好等优点,在医学健康、运动检测、智能机器人、人机交互、虚拟现实娱乐技术等领域中有着巨大的应用潜力。从可拉伸应变传感器出发,归纳了该领域的理论知识和研究应用进展,首先,介绍了应变传感器实现可拉伸的两种方式,并按照传感器的传感机理对其进行分类。随后,介绍了用于制备可拉伸应变传感器的新型材料和应变传感器的相关性能参数,并总结了近几年来可拉伸应变传感器的相关进展。最后,根据可拉伸应变传感器的发展现状和应用,概况了可拉伸应变传感器目前仍存在的问题以及今后研究的方向。 With the gradual increase of wearable devices in the market,more and more attention is focused on stretchable sensors.Stretchable strain sensors have the advantages of large stretch strain range,high sensitivity,fast response speed,high stability,and good durability.Therefore,stretchable strain sensors have enormous application potential in fields such as medical health,motion detection,intelligent robots,human-machine interaction,and virtual reality entertainment technology.This article summarizes the theoretical knowledge and research progress in the field of stretchable strain sensors.Firstly,we introduce two ways to make strain sensors stretchable,and then classify them according to their sensing mechanisms.Next,the new materials used for making stretchable strain sensors and the relevant performance parameters of strain sensors are introduced,and the relevant progress of stretchable strain sensors in recent years is summarized.Finally,based on the current development and application of stretchable strain sensors,the existing problems and future research directions of stretchable strain sensors are summarized.
