农村老年人互助养老的参与意愿研究——基于长沙、岳阳、常德三地的实证调查

Research on Willingness of Rural Elderly People to Participate in Mutual Assistance for Elderly Care:Empirical Investigation Based on Changsha,Yueyang,and Changde

互助养老有利于充分调动老年群体的自主性和积极性,是我国多元化养老体系的重要组成部分。基于对长沙、岳阳、常德三地农村地区627名老人的调查数据,建立二元Logistic回归模式,探究农村互助养老参与意愿的基本现状及相关影响因素。研究结果显示,农村互助养老参与意愿尚可,接近半数,有适度推广的民意基础。其中,邻里关系、公共基础服务、政策知悉情况与参与意愿呈正相关关系,居住方式、代际关系与参与意愿呈现负相关关系,控制变量中老年人的受教育程度、收入状况和健康状况也是影响其参与意愿的重要因素。

Mutual assistance for elderly care is beneficial for fully mobilizing the autonomy and enthusiasm of the elderly population,and is an important component of China’s diversified elderly care system.Based on an empirical study of 627 elderly people in rural areas of Changsha,Yueyang,and Changde,a binary logistic regression model is established to explore the basic status and related influencing factors of participation willingness of mutual assistance for elderly care in rural areas.The research results show that the willingness to participate in mutual assistance for elderly care in rural areas is acceptable,with nearly half,and there is a moderate public opinion foundation for promotion.Among them,neighborhood relationships,public basic services,and policy awareness are positively correlated with willingness to participate,while living habits and intergenerational relationships are negatively correlated with willingness to participate.The educational level,income status,and health status of the elderly in the control variables are also important factors affecting willingness to participate.
