2017-2021年国家自然科学基金中医皮肤科领域面上及青年科学基金项目结题分析

Concluding Reports Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dermatology Field Projects Funded by Surface and Youth Science Fund Projects of National Natural Science Foundation from 2017 to 2021

目的分析2017—2021年国家自然科学基金(NSFC)中医皮肤科领域面上及青年科学基金项目结题情况,探讨中医皮肤科领域NSFC项目的研究方向及执行中存在的问题,为中医皮肤科基础研究提供参考。方法检索NSFC大数据知识管理服务门户(https://kd.nsfc.gov.cn/),获取2017—2021年NSFC医学科学部中医学(H31)、中药学(H32)、中西医结合(H33)条目下中医皮肤科领域的已结题面上项目和青年科学基金项目结题信息,采用Excel 2019录入项目名称、申请人、申请人职称、依托单位、资助金额和关键词等信息,使用R 4.2.3和Excel 2019进行图表制作和统计学分析。结果2017—2021年NSFC中医皮肤科领域共有面上结题项目59项,青年科学基金结题项目71项,主要依托单位类别为中医药类大学,疾病谱以银屑病、皮肤溃疡和系统性红斑狼疮为主,主要干预方式以中药复方为主,研究方向以信号通路、表观遗传调控和T细胞为主。结论2017—2021年NSFC中医皮肤科领域的结题项目总体完成情况良好,该领域科学研究取得较为丰厚成果,但仍存在成果管理疏漏等问题,建议完善在研项目管理,以促进中医皮肤科基础研究发展。

Objective In order to analyze the concluding reports of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dermatology field projects funded by surface and youth science fund projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)from 2017 to 2021,to discuss the problems in choosing research direction and implementing plan,and provide references for basic research in TCM dermatology field.Methods The official website of the NSFC were searched to obtain the concluding information of surface and youth science fund projects in the TCM dermatology field,under the items of H31,H32 and H33 of NSFC medical science department from 2017 to 2021.Excel 2019 was used to input the name,applicant,applicant's title,supporting units,funding amount,keywords and other information.R 4.2.3 and Excel 2019 were also used to make charts and statistical analysis.Results From 2017 to 2021,there were a total of 59 concluded surface projects and 71 concluded youth science fund projects in the TCM dermatology field of NSFC.The main supporting units were TCM universities,the mainly researched dieases were psoriasis,skin ulcers and systemic lupus erythematosus.The main intervention method was Chinese herbal compounds,and the research directions were mainly signaling pathway,epigenetic regulation and T cells.Conclusion The concluding projects in the TCM dermatology field of NSFC from 2017 to 2021 have been completed well.Scientific research in this field has achieved rich results,but there are still some problems such as omission in the management of progects results.It is suggested to improve the management of research projects in order to promote the development of basic research TCM dermatology.
