布地奈德福莫特罗联合甲泼尼龙对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Budesonide Formoterol Combined with Methylprednisolone in Patients with Acute Exacerba⁃tions of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨布地奈德福莫特罗联合甲泼尼龙对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月广州市花都区花东镇花侨卫生院收治的COPD急性发作期患者100例为研究对象,按双色球随机法分为两组,各50例。两组患者均进行常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上给予甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德福莫特罗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);治疗后,观察组血清降钙素原、血清C反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组肺动态顺应性、第1秒用力呼气容积及肺活量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗联合甲泼尼龙对COPD急性发作期患者的治疗效果显著,可改善患者机体炎性因子水平及肺功能指标,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of budesonide formoterol combined with methylprednisolone treatment on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:One hundred patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to Guangzhou Huadu Huadong Town Huaqiao Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into two groups of fifty cases each according to two-color ball randomization method.Both groups of patients were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was given methylprednisolone treatment on this basis,and the observation group was given budesonide formoterol treatment on the basis of the control group.Comparison of the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008);After treatment,serum procalcitonin,serum C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);Lung dynamic compliance,1st second expiratory volume with exertion and lung capacity were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide formoterol combined with methylprednisolone has significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,which can improve the level of inflammatory factors and lung function indexes of patients'organisms,with high safety.
