急诊诊间转入抢救室创伤患者的临床数据特征分析

Analysis of Clinical Data Characteristics of Trauma Patients Transferred to Emergency Room

目的:分析急诊诊间转入抢救室创伤患者的临床数据特征。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院53例急诊诊间转入抢救室创伤患者的临床资料作为试验组,另外选取同期53例普通创伤(未转入抢救室)患者作为对照组。统计两组患者性别、年龄、血压、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、损伤严重程度评分(ISS)。结果:试验组男性多于对照组,年龄大于对照组,收缩压、舒张压高于对照组,GCS评分低于对照组,ISS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:急诊诊间转入抢救室创伤患者危险指标可能包括年龄、性别、血压、GCS评分、ISS评分等,在实际诊疗过程中需给予高度关注,以此提升严重创伤患者的救治成功率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical data characteristics of trauma patients transferred to the emergency room.Methods:The clinical data of fifty-three trauma patients transferred to the emergency room in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the experimental group,and fifty-three patients with common trauma(not transferred to the emergency room)were selected as the control group during the same period.Gender,age,blood pressure,glasgow coma scale(GCS)score and injury severity score(ISS)were analyzed in the two groups.Results:The experimental group had more males than the control group,and the age was longer than the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were higher than the control group,the GCS score was lower than the control group,and the ISS score was higher,with statistical significance(P=0.001).Conclusion:The risk indicators of trauma patients transferred to the emergency room may include age,gender,blood pressure,GCS score,ISS score,etc.,which should be paid close attention in the actual diagnosis and treatment process,so as to improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.
