血必净联合乌司他丁治疗ICU脓毒症患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Xuebijing Combined with Urinastatin in the Treatment of ICU Patients with Sepsis

目的:分析血必净联合乌司他丁治疗重症监护室(ICU)脓毒症患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月廊坊市人民医院ICU收治的脓毒症患者51例作为研究对象,根据电脑随机分组原则分为参照组(25例,采用乌司他丁治疗)和治疗组(26例,在对照组基础上给予血必净治疗)。比较两组患者治疗优良率。结果:治疗组治疗优良率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);治疗组症状缓解时间、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,治疗组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、脂多糖水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:血必净联合乌司他丁对ICU脓毒症患者的治疗效果显著,可缓解患者症状,纠正机体炎性因子水平,缩短治疗时间,改善患者预后。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with urinastatin in the treatment of intensive care unit(ICU)patients with sepsis.Methods:Fifty-one patients with sepsis admitted to the ICU of Langfang People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of computerized random grouping,they were divided into a reference group(twenty-five cases,treated with urinastatin)and a treatment group(twenty-six cases,treated with Xuebijing on the basis of the control group).Compare the treatment rate of patients in the two groups.Results:The treatment rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014);The symptom relief time,mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and lipopolysaccharide in the treatment group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Xuebijing combined with urinastatin on patients with sepsis in ICU is remarkable,which can alleviate the symptoms of patients,correct the level of inflammatory factors in the body,shorten the time of treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients.
