颊针疗法在晚期癌性疼痛患者治疗中的应用价值

The therapeutic Effect of Cheeks Acupuncture Therapy in Treating patients with Advanced Cancer Pain

目的:分析颊针疗法在晚期癌性疼痛患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年4月自贡市第三人民医院收治的晚期癌性疼痛患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用癌痛三阶梯止痛原则给予镇痛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予颊针疗法治疗。比较两组疼痛情况、血清疼痛介质水平、生活质量。结果:治疗后5、15、50 d,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组血清前列腺素E2、P物质水平低于对照组,5-羟色胺水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组功能领域、总体健康状态评分高于对照组,症状领域评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:颊针疗法可减轻晚期癌性疼痛患者疼痛程度,改善机体内疼痛介质水平,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application value of cheeks acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods:60 patients with advanced cancer pain admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Zigong City from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into two groups of 30 cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given western pain management in the principle of 3-step analgesic ladder,and the observation group was given cheeks acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of pain complain,serum pain mediator level,and quality of life.Results:the visual analog scaled score 5 days,15 days,50 days after treatment in observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the serum prostaglandin E2,substance P level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the level of 5-hydroxytryptophan was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scaled scores of general functional capacities and life qualities observation group were higher than that of the control group.Pain complain scores were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Cheeks acupuncture therapy can reduce the pain level of patients with advanced cancer pain,improve serum pain mediators in the body,and improve their quality of life.
