中医外治疗法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛研究进展

Progress of Research on the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia by External Therapeutic Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine

分析近年来中医外治疗法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的相关资料文献,总结目前中医外治疗法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的常见外治疗法。得出治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的中医外治疗法主要以针刺类为主,可在针刺类疗法上结合拔罐、灸法等,或与其他≥2种中医外治疗法相结合,形成两联及多联疗法综合运用。临床更倾向于多种外治疗法联合使用以增强治疗效果,值得在临床上推广。

This paper analyzes the relevant information and literature on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia by external Chinese medicine in recent years,and summarizes the common external therapeutic methods for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia by external Chinese medicine at present.It is concluded that Chinese external therapies for postherpetic neuralgia are mainly based on acupuncture,which can be combined with cupping and moxibustion,or with other≥2 types of Chinese external therapies to form a combination of two or more therapies.Clinics prefer the combined use of multiple external therapies to enhance the therapeutic effect,which is worth promoting in the clinic.
