深层发酵真菌菌丝体制备生物基仿皮纺织材料

摘要 探索利用深层发酵真菌菌丝体制备生物基仿皮纺织材料的可行性。采用深层发酵技术,通过培养真菌菌丝体来制备具有仿皮特性的生物材料,既具有人造皮革的质感,又有可降解的环保特性。对菌种进行筛选,通过深层发酵得到大量菌丝体,继续与棉织物共同培养,然后对其进行物理和化学处理进一步提高其性能,最后对仿皮材料进行性能测试。结果显示:通过深层发酵真菌菌丝体制备的生物基仿皮纺织材料具有良好的力学性能,同时也具有良好的可降解性能,可以作为一种环保替代品来制造人造皮革。 The feasibility of preparing bio-based leather-like textile materials by submerged fermented fungal mycelia was explored.With submerged fermentation technology,the biomaterial with leather-like characteristics was prepared by cultivating fungal mycelia,which not only had the texture of artificial leather,but also degradable environmental protection characteristics.Firstly,strains were screened,then a large number of mycelia were obtained through submerged fermentation,and then they were co-cultured with cotton fabrics,and then their properties were further improved by physical and chemical treatment.Finally,the properties of leather-like materials were tested.The results showed that the bio-based leather-like textile materials prepared by submerged fermented fungal mycelia had good mechanical properties and biodegradability,which could be used as an environmentally friendly substitute to manufacture artificial leather.
