综合护理干预对异常子宫出血患者止血时间及其预后的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on shortening hemostasis time and improving the prognosis of abnormal uterine bleeding

目的:观察实施综合护理干预措施对缩短异常子宫出血患者止血时间和改善其预后的影响。方法:从医院收治的异常子宫出血患者中选取70例作为实验对象,时间介于2020年3月至2021年3月。按照入院的先后顺序,将其划分为对照组(入组在前)和观察组(入组在后),每组各35例。对照组的患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理干预。观察两组患者的止血时间和预后状况(生活质量、复发、贫血)并进行评估。结果:①观察组患者的止血时间小于对照组,且出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组患者给予综合护理干预后,其生活质量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组患者3个月内的复发率与贫血发生率都显著低于对照组(P<0.05);④观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对异常子宫出血予以综合护理干预,可缩短止血时间,降低出血量,改善患者的生活质量,提高其对护理的满意度,控制其复发率和贫血状况的发生,患者预后良好,可在其他医院进行推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on shortening hemostatic time and improving the prognosis of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:70 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were admitted to participate in this study in one hospital from March 2020 to March 2021.They were divided into control and observation groups,with 35 cases in each group according to the enrollment order.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and those in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The patients'hemostasis time and prognosis(quality of life,recurrence and anemia)in the two groups were evaluated.Results:(1)The patients in the observation group had shorter hemostasis time and less bleeding than the patients in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The quality of life of patients in the observation group after comprehensive nursing care was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The recurrence rate and the incidence of anemia within 3 months of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the patients in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can shorten the hemostasis time,reduce the amount of bleeding,increase the quality of life in patients,improve their satisfaction with nursing care,control the recurrence rate and the occurrence of anemia to improve the prognosis.Therefore,this method is worth popularizing.
