基于激光雷达自主导航的全自动地坪磨抛机设计与研究

摘要 地坪磨抛机的工作效率低下和过度依赖人工的问题,加上在操作过程中产生的机械振动、噪声和粉尘污染对工人健康的潜在威胁,都凸显出提升工作效率和减少人力成本的需求。文章对应用了激光雷达轨迹自矫正算法的地坪磨抛机进行研究,结果表明该应用可达到良好的轨迹覆盖效果。 Existing floor grinding and polishing machines suffer from manual dependence and low efficiency,with severe mechanical,noise,and dust pollution during operation,posing serious threats to workers' health.This study focuses on the development of autonomous navigation algorithms for floor grinding and polishing machines based on LiDAR to improve work efficiency and reduce labor costs.This article studies the ground grinding and polishing machine with the application of LiDAR trajectory self correction algorithm,and the results show that this application can achieve good trajectory coverage effect.
