铝镁匹林治疗轻型缺血性卒中的有效性和安全性研究

Efficacy and safety of aluminum-magnesium and aspirin in treating mild ischemic stroke

目的探讨铝镁匹林治疗轻型缺血性卒中的有效性和安全性。方法选取2017年1月至2022年1月在遵义医科大学附属医院住院治疗的轻型缺血性卒中患者522例。研究对象包括铝镁匹林组174例和阿司匹林组348例,并在出院后1个月、3个月及1年进行随访,对所有患者的改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分、再发缺血性卒中、新发心血管疾病、出血事件及死亡人数等进行分析。美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分≤5分为轻型缺血性脑卒中,mRS评分≤1分为预后良好。结果两组患者出院后1个月(P=0.730)和1年(P=0.838)预后不佳的患者比例比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),铝镁匹林组出院后3个月预后不佳的患者比例较阿司匹林组稍高(P=0.040)。在整个随访期间,两组患者再发缺血性卒中(P=1.000)、新发心血管疾病(P=1.000)、出血事件(P=1.000)及死亡(P=0.446)的患者比例比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对轻型缺血性卒中患者使用铝镁匹林进行抗血小板聚集治疗与使用小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片治疗具有相似的有效性和安全性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of aluminum-magnesium and aspirin in treating mild ischemic stroke.Methods Medical records were collected from 522 in patients with ischemic stroke at the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2017 to January 2022.These patients were divided into the aluminum-magnesium and aspirin group(n=174)and aspirin group(n=348).They were followed up at 1 month,3 months and 1 year after discharge.The patients'mRS score,recurrence of ischemic stroke,new-onset cardiovascular diseases,bleeding events and number of deaths were analyzed.The score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)≤5 is defined as mild ischemic stroke,and mRS score≤1 represents a favorable prognosis.Results There was no significant difference in the proportions of patients with poor prognosis at 1 month(P=0.730)and 1 year(P=0.838)after discharge between two groups.The proportion of patients with poor prognosis at 3 months after discharge in aluminum-magnesium and aspirin group was slightly higher than that in aspirin group(P=0.040).During the entire follow-up period,there was no statistically significant differences in the proportions of patients with recurrent ischemic stroke(P=1.000),new-onset cardiovascular disease(P=1.000),bleeding events(P=1.000)and death(P=0.446)between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of antiplatelet therapy with aluminum-magnesium and aspirin in treating mild ischemic stroke are similar to those of low-dose enteric-coated aspirin.
