A View of the Preservation of Historical Buildings on Campus from Building 1 of Xi'an University of Technology

校园历史建筑是校园文化的凝练,承载着一段时期的集体记忆。在历史建筑保护研究中,近代校园历史性建筑易被忽略。西安理工大学一号教学楼历经近70年,依旧作为学校活动的重要场所。研究针对一号教学楼的东立面进行多次调研,总结出其损伤类型和损伤等级,对不同类型的损伤进行原因分析,提出对应的干预措施。对此类具有丰富历史价值的校园建筑,提出持续定期观察、破坏性设备拆除、严重部位修复、做好修复记录的整体干预原则。

Campus historical buildings are the condensation of campus culture and carry the collective memory of a period of time.In the study of historical building protection,modern campus historic buildings are easily ignored.After nearly 70 years,the No.1 Teaching Building of Xi'an University of Technology is still an important place for school activities.The study conducted multiple investigations on the east facade of the No.1 Teaching Building and summarized its damage types and damage levels.Analyze the causes of different types of injuries and propose corresponding intervention measures.For such campus buildings with rich historical value,the overall intervention principles of continuous and regular observation,removal of destructive equipment,repair of serious parts,and keeping records of repairs are proposed.
